I am dedicated to providing the highest quality psychotherapy services to my clients. I believe it is essential to provide psychotherapy that is based on the latest scientific research. You deserve nothing less. In my practice, I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

CBT as been proven through more than 400 clinical outcome studies to be highly effective for the treatment of many mental health problems including depression, anxiety and panic, anger, and marital distress. CBT is one of the few forms of psychotherapy that has been scientifically tested and shown to help people improve their lives.

In our work together, you will learn ideas and skills that you can take with you for the rest of your life. We will go beyond understanding life problems, challenges, and barriers. We will develop goals for real change and give you the tools to meet those goals. You will learn how our thoughts and behaviors can sometimes lead us to feel worse, and how we can use our thoughts and behaviors as powerful tools to help us feel better and gain a healthy balance and fulfillment in our lives.

I conduct video telehealth with patients across California using a secure, HIPAA- compliant platform designed for health care delivery. Telephone sessions are also available. Research suggests that cognitive behavioral therapy via telehealth is equally effective as in-person therapy.
